Transport, with or without the safari
Entebbe International Airport sits about 40 km from Kampala, and most of Uganda's parks are a half-day drive beyond that. We keep a fleet on the road for our own safaris; the same vehicles and drivers are available to hire on their own, whether that is a single airport run or a 4x4 for a fortnight.

1.Tell us the plan
Dates, route, group size, and whether you want a driver. A rough idea is enough to start.
2.Get a quote within 24 hours
We come back with the vehicle we recommend and a single all-in figure: fuel, driver and support included where they apply.
3.Confirm and collect
Confirm the booking and we meet you at the airport, your hotel or our office. Self-drive hires get a full handover briefing.
Renting without a driver
Self-drive hires need a little paperwork at handover. Have these ready and collection takes a few minutes.
- A valid driving licence held for at least two years (an International Driving Permit if yours is not in English)
- A copy of your passport and Uganda entry stamp
- A refundable security deposit, returned at drop-off
- A signed hire agreement covering insurance, mileage and fuel
